Los Angeles's City Council passed the Mobility Plan 2035 (with two predictable "no" votes), but…will it actually be implemented? LA has a history of great plans that only gathered dust….Two views of what we must still only hope, not expect, will be a move towards a functioning human-scale city:
Orange 20 Bikes loks on in dismay as Cedillo, Koretz Mount Brute Farce Attacks on Mobility Plan 2035.
And Flying Pigeon LA examines the effect of Additive Neglect on current bicycle infrastructure, and wonders whether the new plan will address that.
So, Kum-Ba-Ya…maybe.
