01/30/2009: "Hippie Kitchen Capitalism"
Cyclist/chef James Cox appears in our sister publication, The New Colonist, with a short article on Portland's "Domestic Food Service Kitchens," a great way to build real community and create worthwhile jobs at the same time. Many of the "hippie entrepreneurs," as Jim calls them, supply their kitchens by bike, too!

Read all about it in Chef Jim's own words, in The New Colonist: Hippie Kitchen Capitalism.
